Applicants unable to see applications which are in a 'shortlisted/invite to interview' status. What's happening? For example, once an applicant has completed and submitted their application and an employer has started shortlisting, the application will not be visible on the applicants account. What can you do? Currently you can only view your application information while your application is in draft. We recommend your store this information in another location. System inactivity timeout prompt not working What's happening? For example, you will be presented with the timeout prompt 5 minutes before your session is due to expire. You will be asked if you want more time, even if you select yes, your session will still timeout meaning you may lose any unsaved information on your page. What can you do? We advise you to save any unsaved information, sign out and sign back in to your account to refresh your session
